The e-Journal of Business Education & Scholarship of Teaching is dedicated to promoting the development of teaching and research in business education internationally. The journal is a forum for the expression of ideas, opinions and research informing the scholarship of teaching and is the official journal of the Australian Business Education Research Association.

Areas that are covered by the journal are:

  • Research of a quantitative and qualitative nature.
  • Theory development.
  • Teaching methods – case studies, e-learning etc.
  • Text book reviews.
  • Teaching and educational notes

e-JBEST is published twice annually.

e-JBEST is a refereed journal the articles are selected for publication on the basis of a double blind review process. Reviewers are encouraged to take a "collaborationist" approach in the sense that they should do more than point out flaws and should suggest design improvements, new ideas, relevant references and follow-up studies.

It is a condition of publication that manuscripts submitted to this journal have not been published and will not be simultaneously submitted or published elsewhere. By submitting a manuscript, the authors agree that the copyright for their paper is transferred to the publisher, if and when the paper is accepted for publication.
